William W. Bunting began his practice of law in San Francisco in 1989. He represents local, national and international clients in litigation throughout California. His most extensive experience involves commercial contract enforcement with an expertise in securing emergency liens to prevent assets from disappearing before trial. He has successfully handled hundreds of commercial disputes in federal and state court, in all stages of litigation, from the initiation of suit through trial, including post-trial enforcement of judgment. Mr. Bunting represents creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, including relief from stay, preference actions and claims disputes. A portion of his practice involves providing commercial advice and pre-litigation advice to businesses and their in-house legal departments.
