Douglas P. Drayton is a litigator with over 15 years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented business clients in matters involving a broad range of commercial disputes, including creditors' rights and bankruptcy, business torts and contract disputes, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, products liability, and real estate litigation. Mr. Drayton has extensive experience representing creditors in a wide range of matters, including workouts, and all phases of state and federal court litigation, from obtaining pre-judgment writs of possession and attachment to enforcement of judgments. Mr. Drayton has also represented creditors in all stages of bankruptcy court proceedings, including motions for relief from automatic stay, nondischargability actions, preference and fraudulent transfer actions, and resolutions of creditor claims. He has particular experience advising and representing clients in the inventory financing and equipment financing industries.
