Christopher Alliotts has been practicing bankruptcy law and commercial litigation since he graduated from law school in 1990. In addition to serving a two-year clerkship with a United States Bankruptcy Judge in San Jose, California, he has represented businesses, trustees, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and other parties in all aspects of formal and informal reorganization and liquidation proceedings. He has also represented clients in a wide range of business disputes involving commercial, corporate, real property, and contract law, among others, in federal and state courts.
